SpareGIGS helps those who have skills, knowledge and/or time (providers) earn extra cash by offering services to those who need them (seekers) right in their neighborhood. As a service provider, you can list services you like to provide with rate, availability (schedule) and distance willing to travel. As a seeker, you can search your neighborhood for service providers using keywords, date and search distance. Using the app seekers are able to find and view details about each service provider such as past hires and reviews and to contact them by messaging via the app, calling and/or texting directly. A seeker can submit a job offer to a service provider as a message and the provider has the ability to either accept or decline. You don't need to have separate profiles to switch between provider and seeker accounts, you can maintain both in one. Service Providers: - Signup instantly and log in using email, social networks namely Facebook, Twitter and Google - Start adding unlimited number of services you are willing to provide in your neighborhood from our ever-growing directory - You can specify details about each services such as rate, availability and distance. You can simply (a) apply the details for all services using "apply to all" feature, (b) enter the details individually for every service, (c) "apply to all" and then modify details of selected services - Receive messages from seekers as push notifications and interact - Receive job offers from seekers also as push notifications and either accept or decline the offer - Check the whereabouts and direction to service location before and after accepting an offer - View past jobs/offers accepted or declined by you Service Seekers: - Signup instantly and log in using email, social networks namely Facebook, Twitter and Google - Start searching for providers in the neighborhood by keywords, distance and date - View provider details such as rate, availability, distance, other services offered, past hire history, ratings and reviews - Contact providers via messages or directly by calling/texting - Submit offers with custom contracts, negotiated rate, start date and service location - Submit reviews and ratings for hired providers - Add providers to favorites for quick access next time - View your past hires
